摘 要:为有效避免城镇燃气管道腐蚀及各类事故的发生,文中在对某城镇燃气管道进行敷设环境调查,确定高后果区域,明确重点检测地段的前提下,使用应用组合式检测技术的DM检测仪对全程管线进行检测,得到各管道的绝缘电阻和防腐层破损点位置,进而结合相关标准对各管道防腐层状态进行分级评价,并将防腐层破损点位置进行地理信息标注。最后通过抽样开挖验证和评价,验证了该检测方法和评价标准的准确性,为管道防腐层检修提供参考。To effectively prevent town gas pipeline corrosion and all kinds of accidents, based on the investigation of a certain urban gas pipeline laying environment, under the premise of determining the serious consequence areas and the focus detection area, the paper provides a knowledge of the pipe insulation resistance and determines the locations of damaged points on the coating by using the DM detector containing a combined detection technology for the entire pipeline. Then, combined with the related standard grading evaluation of the pipeline coating state to mark the locations of damaged points on the coating for the geographic information, it conducts sampling excavations and evaluations to verify the detection method and the evaluation standard proves precise. Meanswhile,it provides precise guidance as to how and where the pipeline anticorrosive coating can be found.
