摘　　要：核级阀用金属波纹管是核电站管路系统截止阀、闸阀的重要部件,但此类产品没有统一的标准规范。为了提高该类产品的设计、制造和检验水平,编制了此标准。文中介绍了新发布机械行业标准规定的主要性能指标,包括波纹管组件的典型结构、常用材料、波纹管设计、焊缝、密封性、耐压能力和循环寿命等技术要求。给出了适用可行的核级阀用金属波纹管试验方法及检验规则。The nuclear grade metal bellows valve is an important component of the nuclear power plant piping system valve and gate valve, but such products do not have a uniform standard. In order to improve the design, manufacture and testing levels of such products and the preparation of this standard, this paper describes the new release of key performance indicators in light of the machinery industry standards, including the typical structure of the bellows assembly, commonly used materials, bellows design,welding, sealing, the pressure capacity and cycle life and other technical requirements. It gives applicable viable nuclear grade metal bellows valve test methods and inspection rules.
