摘　　要：目的研究高压氧治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复训练疲劳的影响。方法 62例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。对照组进行常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上加以高压氧治疗,治疗4周后采用疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)评价疲劳程度。结果治疗前两组疲劳程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后对照组疲劳程度较治疗前加重(P<0.05),治疗组疲劳程度较治疗前无变化(P>0.05),两组相比治疗组疲劳程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗对卒中后疲劳疗效明显。Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on post-stroke fatigue in rehabilitation training.Methods 62 stroke sufferers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 31 cases in each group The control group were given conventional rehabilitation training, while the treatment group were given extra hyperbaric oxygen treatment in addition to the conventional rehabilitation training.Fatigue Severity Scale（FSS）was adopted to assess the fatigue level after four weeks of therapeutic course.Results Before the treatment ,the differences of fatigue degree between the two groups were of no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After the treatment, the fatigue degree obviously increased in the control group（P〈 0.05）,while the fatigue degree kept the same in the treatment group as before the treatment（P〉0.05）.The fatigue degree in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has preferable effect on post-stroke fatigue treatment.
