摘　　要：目的探索中医手法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效与安全性。方法对34例脊髓型颈椎病患者运用整脊推拿手法治疗,并进行疗效观察。结果总有效率97.06%,所有病例未出现不良反应。结论中医手法治疗脊髓型颈椎病是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To probe into the curative effect and safety of treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation.Methods 34 cases with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with chiropractic massage therapy, and the curative effect observation was conducted.Results The total effective rate was 97.06%, and none of the cases had adverse reaction.Conclusion Treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation is a safe and effective treatment method.
