526例离退休老干部慢性非传染疾病患病谱特点分析

摘　　要：目的调查山东省离退休疗养老干部慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况,并提出相应的保健策略。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对2011-05—2013-08来我院疗养的离退休老干部共526例进行问卷和健康体检。结果被调查离退休疗养老干部慢病患病率高达100%,患有多种疾病者高达93%。前3位的疾病是冠心病、高血压病和血脂异常。结论离退休疗养老干部以生活方式病为主。需要针对离退休疗养老干部患病谱特点加强保健知识的宣教及早期干预。Objective To investigate the prevalence status of chronic non-contagious diseases in retired veteran cadres during recuperation from Shandong province and put forward the corresponding health care strategy. Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct questionnaire and physical examination for 526 retired veteran cadres during recuperation at our sanatorium from May 2011 to August 2013. Results The prevalence rate of chronic non-contagious diseases in the investigated retired veteran cadres was as high as 100% ,with 93% of them suffering a variety of diseases.The top three were coronary heart disease, hypertension and dyslipidemia.Conclusion The lifestyle diseases are the leading ones in retired veteran cadres during recuperation.Knowledge propaganda and education of disease prevalence spectrum and early intervention should be strengthened for retired veteran cadres with chronic non-contagious disease.
