摘　　要：就当前军队疗养院转型转变中实现科学发展的要求,分析了提高医务人员人文素质的重要意义,并就加强人文素质培养的途径进行了探讨。Based on the current transformation of military sanatorium to achieve the requirement of scientific development, the paper analyzes the significance of improving humanistic quality for medical staff at military sanatorium, and discusses the approaches to strengthening the humanistic quality training.
