摘　　要：分子光谱实验室中荧光、拉曼和红外光谱仪的上机培训主要包括三个内容:光谱原理、仪器构造和软件操作,其中光谱原理和仪器构造是重点。此外,在培训时还应注意荧光、拉曼和红外在原理和上的区别和联系。The operation training included fluorescence spectrometer ,raman spectrometer and FT-In-frared spectrometer in molecular spectroscopy laboratory .It contained three aspects ：spectrum principle , instrumental structure and software operation ,the first and second one were key points .Furthermore ,at-tention should be paid in difference and connection of principles and structure between these instruments during training .
