摘 要:以兖州矿业集团济三煤矿6301工作面5次透水压力异常规律为研究对象,采用理论分析、力学建模及现场观测的方法,通过采场上覆岩层的矿压变化规律预测和现场实测,得出老顶裂断是造成顶板透水事故的主要原因。同时对综采支架的工况进行了分析,掌握了顶板异常压力的变化规律,建立了顶板控制力学模型,制订了综采支架的控制准则,并提出防止透水及顶板压力异常的控制措施,从而为类似条件的矿井安全高效开采提供理论依据。By taking the abnormal pressures in five water inrush accidents occurred in 6301 working face in Jining No. 3 Mineof Yanzhou Mining Group Co. , Ltd. , as the research object, through the theoretical analysis, the building of mechanical models,on-the-spot observation, the prediction and actual measurement of the strata movement law above the working face, it came toconclusion that the rupture of the main roof was the main cause of roof water inrush accidents. In the meantime, analysis wasmade on the operation condition of the powered supports, the variation law of abnormal roof pressure was mastered, a mechanicalmodel for roof control was built, the control criterion for powered support was formulated, and the control measures for preventingwater inrush and abnormal roof pressure were proposed, all of these provided theoretical basis for safe and efficient coal mining ofmines with similar conditions.
