摘 要:根据电磁箍缩物理实验需求,设计出了一种具有自适应结构的电磁箍缩铝带阵负载。采用手工裁剪和激光裁剪两种方法来制备铝带,表征了两种方法制备出铝带的边缘形貌,并优选出激光裁剪法做为铝带的裁剪方法。分析了激光裁剪铝带的力学性能,30mm×1mm×5μm的铝带断裂强度约116cN,延伸率约为1.3%。利用上述铝带成功装配出了具有自适应结构的电磁箍缩铝带阵负载,且其自适量达到了4.5mm的物理实验需求,可应用于"强光一号"物理实验。For Z-pinch physical experiment,aluminum cingulum array loads with self-accommodating structure were designed.The cutting technology for aluminum foil was researched by handiwork and laser.The figure and mechanical performance of aluminum cingulum that was cut from aluminum foil were characterized,and the aluminum cingulums that was cut by laser were suitable for aluminum cingulum array loads.The mechanical performance of aluminum cingulum cut by laser was characterized.For a 30mm×1mm×5μm aluminum cingulum,the tensile strength was about 116cN and the elongation was about 1.3%.Aluminum cingulum array loads with self-accommodating structure were prepared using the aluminum cingulum cut by laser,and the self-accommodating quantity was up to 4.5mm which could meet the need of"Qiangguang-Ⅰ"facility physical experiment.
