摘　　要：近年来,由于城市建设的迅猛发展,高层建筑越来越多,建筑工程的质量直接影响着房屋的使用功能和居住的舒适度.直接影响房屋使用寿命和舒适度的质量问题就是外墙渗水,墙面渗水也是建筑物容易发生的质量通病.In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction in China, more and more high-rise buildings are being built. The quality of constructional engineering has the direct impact on the functions and comfortable living of the buildings, while the external wall seepage is one of the problems with the service life and comfort of the building, and the wall seepage is also prone to the problems of quality defects.
