摘　　要：介绍了中文罗马化国际标准ISO 7098(文献工作--中文罗马字母拼写法)的应用及其修订情况,结合书目记录实例,分析了《汉语拼音方案》与《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》(以下简称正词法)应用情况,对连续性资源ISSN注册中文罗马化书目记录重点问题进行了研究,并提出解决方案。The article sketches the application and revision of the ISO 7098（Documentation–Romanization of Chinese）, the application of ＂The Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet＂ and ＂Basic Rules for Hanyu Pinyin Orthography＂（hereinafter referred to as ＂Orthography＂）, the current status of romanization of Chinese bibliographic records of continuing resources ISSN registration, and analyses some special examples romanization of Chinese and the future of Romanization.
