摘　　要：先达之士和后起之秀的相互帮助,是文化领域中人才蔚起的必须条件。左宗棠能够脱颖而出,在三个方面得力于陶澍。左宗棠与陶澍的交往是一篇具有历史意义的佳话。Mutual assistance between earlier successful men and later ones is a necessity for the rise of talents in the culture field.ZUO Zongtang being able to stand out above the rest is due to the support of TAO Zhu in terms of three aspects.The association between ZUO Zongtang and TAO Zhu is a favorite story in history.
