摘　　要：介绍了美国顾客满意指数ACSI模型,探讨了ACSI模型应用于公租房建设评价的可行性,并通过变量的调整和修正确立了基于ACSI模型的公租房建设评价体系,并以湘潭市公租房为例对该模型的实用性和有效性进行了验证。This paper introduces American Customer’s Satisfaction Index （ACSI）model and explores the feasibility of applying ACSI model in evaluating China’s public renting house （PRH）.It also sets up the evaluation system of PRH based on the ACSI model.Moreover,taking the PRH in Xiangtan city,Hunan province as an example,the paper verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the model.
