摘　　要：软实力竞争已成为区域发展的一种基本形态,社会软实力是软实力的重要组成部分,包括社会和谐程度、自治程度、社会保障水平及社会满意度。通过实证分析发现郴州社会软实力现状及存在问题,并据此提出提升社会软实力的四条路径:构建社会安全网;大力发展社会组织;完善基本公共服务;大力优化政务环境。Soft power competition has become a basic form of regional development.Social soft power is an important component of soft power.Social soft power includes social harmony degree,autonomy degree,the level of social security and social satisfaction.In this paper,through the empirical analysis of Chenzhou social soft power status,the author puts forward some reflections and suggestions on how to enhance the social soft power.
