闽台“校校企”联合办学发展问题研究

摘　　要：2009年福建启动闽台高职"校校企"联合培养人才项目,至今已取得良好的效果,满足了台资企业的人才需求,但是存在相关制度不完善、两岸对联合办学反应不一、两岸学历和职业资格证书不能互认、教学成本高、合作办学费用高、项目实施难度大、合作的企业范围窄等问题。为推进"校校企"联合办学的进一步发展,应该采取完善相关制度、吸引大陆企业参与、推动两岸学历与资格证书互认等措施。In 2009,Fujian started“school-school-enterprise”joint training project for higher vocational colleges in Fujian and Taiwan.The project has achieved good effects and met the talent needs of Taiwan-owned enterprises.But there are some problems,such as imperfect related system,different reception levels in cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,the lack of mutual recognition of education and occupation qualification certificate,high cost of cooperative running schools,difficulty in project implementation,and narrow range of cooperation enterprises.In order to promote the further development of “school -school -enterprise”joint running schools,we should improve the related system,attract mainland enterprises to participate in,promote mutual recognition in education and qualification certificate.
