摘  要:以茎尖脱毒处理诱导的草莓‘红颜’第3代继代苗为试验材料,利用间歇浸没式生物反应器进行组培苗增殖技术体系的研究。经过40d的增殖培养后,结果表明:(1)利用TIBs系统进行草莓组培苗培养增殖率约是传统培养方式的3倍;(2)TIBs系统中接种密度在2株/0.25L培养基/瓶,有利于草莓组培苗的生长;(3)TDZ和NAA质量浓度均为0.5mg/L时有利于TIBs系统中草莓组培苗的增殖;(4)TIBs系统中蔗糖质量浓度为30g/L较适宜;(5)荧光灯与红蓝LED灯对TIBs系统中草莓增殖无差异。A series of process parameters was established for micro-propagation of Fragaria×ananassa Duch.‘Benihoppe’ in a temporary immersion bioreactor system (TIBs). Results of a 40-day multiplication culture showed that: (1) the proliferation rate is about twice higher than that by traditional solid gel based methods; (2) a seeding density of 2 plantlets per 0.25 L medium in a 500 mL bottom showed better proliferation rate than other treatments; (3) a better proliferation rate in TIBs was observed in a medium with TDZ and NAA concentrations of 0.5 mg / L respectively; (4) sucrose concentration of 30g / L was more appropriate in TIBs system; (5) light source showed no significant difference between fluorescent lamp and LED light for strawberry proliferation in TIBs.
