摘　　要：针对回转窑生产过程中发生的托轮轴拉丝现象,依据托轮轴机械工作原理,分析了托轮轴拉丝现象原因,结合实际工作,研究出一套新的检修方案。该方案实施后提高了检修质量,简单实用,用时短、效率高,取得了较好的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of riding wheel shaft scratch in the production of rotary kiln, analysis was made and a set of new maintenance plan drawn up in combination with actual work on basis of the mechanical working principle of riding wheel shaft. After the plan was executed, maintenance was simple and practical, short-time consumed and efficient with good quality. Good economic benefit was obtained.
