摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对微碳铬铁中锰、镍元素进行了分析测定。试验对元素分析谱线、酸度、干扰情况等方面进行了讨论,优化了仪器测量条件,其最佳仪器分析参数为:功率1250W、雾化气流量0.75L/min、辅助气流量0.2L/min、样品提升量1.5mL/min。在最佳试验条件下对微碳铬铁标准样品进行了准确度、精密度及回收试验,试验结果表明:测量结果与认定值一致,相对标准偏差<1.0%,回收率99%~102%。此方法操作简单、快捷,精密度、准确度好。A method for determination of manganese, nickel in extra low carbon Ferrochrome by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry was presented. The experiment discussed about element spectral line, acidity and interference factors, and optimized operation-parameter as follows:power of 1250W, nebulizer flow at 0.75L/min, auxiliary flow at 0.2 L/min, and sample flow rate at 1.5mL/min. Under the best test condition, the tests of standard samples of extra low carbon ferrochrome were carried out in the aspects of precision, accuracy and recovery. The test results showed that the analysis results were in line with the certified values;the relative standard deviation was within 1.0%, and the recovery rate was between 99%and 102%. The method proposed is proved to be simple and rapid, and to have good precision and accuracy.
