摘　　要：海洋经济生物标本是高校、科研院所从事相关海洋生物学教学与研究的重要材料。以藻类、鱼类、贝类、甲壳类等为例,提出标本采集前应明确的几个问题,阐述了海洋经济生物标本采集方法、制作流程、药品配制、科学保存和维护技术等。Marine organism specimens are important teaching and study materials for universities and institutes researchers on marine biology .In this paper ,several proposals on sampling preparations of algae ,fish ,shellfish ,crustaceans ,etc were suggested .And sampling methods ,processing procedure , drug preparation ,conservation and preservation of marine organism specimens were also expounded .
