摘  要:为保证现役铁路旧桥梁的安全运行,需定期对其进行检测,对清绿支线黑河3#桥进行现场动载试验,得到该桥梁结构在列车通过时的动力响应,使用东风4型机车双机连挂以40 km/h的速度从桥上经过来激励桥梁结构,使桥梁上部结构产生响应.分别用DH3817动静态应变采集仪以及DH5938振动测试系统进行数据的采集,分析桥梁结构的动力响应,即动应变、动挠度﹑振动加速度等,同时利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该桥进行理论模拟分析.通过对试验实测值与理论模拟值进行对比,判断了解其承载力和工作性能,为桥梁的加固与否提供依据,为桥梁的运营、养护和维修提供必要的参考.In order to ensure the secure operation of the old railway bridge , the bridge should be given regular inpection .In this paper , by conducting on-site load test to the Green branch line , namely the Heihe No .3 of steel-framed bridge, we got the dynamic response of bridge when trains were passing through .In the test, we let DF-IV locomotive with double engines pass through the bridge to activate the bridge' structure at speed of 40km/h. During the test ,DH3817 dynamic and static strain acquisition instrument and DH 5938 vibration test system were used to collect data for purpose of analyzing dynamic response , such as dynamic strain , dynamic deflection , viration acceleration, etc., meanwhile ANSYS was used to simulate theory analysis .After comparing values from experiment and simulation , we can judge working load and capability ,and provide reference for operation , maintenance and repairment of bridges .
