摘　　要：目的调查脊髓损伤(SCI)患者照顾者的照顾负担水平及其照顾知识现状。方法通过便利抽样法,采用Zarit护理负担量表及"照顾者为患者提供护理情况"问卷,对150例SCI患者的照顾者进行调查。结果 SCI患者照顾者的照顾负担总分(52.91±11.56)分,88%的照顾者的负担处于中、重度水平;SCI患者家庭照顾者的照顾知识总分为(35.25±7.15)分,表明普遍存在知识缺乏现象。结论应重视SCI照顾者的照顾负担,鼓励患者自理,不断提高照顾者的照顾能力,以减轻照顾者的照顾负担。Objective To investigate the care burden and care knowledge of caregivers of patients with spinal cord injury（SCI）. Methods A total of 150 caregivers of SCI patients were se- lected using convenience sampling method and were surveyed using Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale. Results The total care burden score of caregivers of SCI patients was 52.91＋11.56,and 88% of caregivers bore moderate to severe care burden. The total care knowledge score of caregivers of SCI patients was 35.25±7.15 ,indicating that the lack o~ care knowledge was a widespread phenomenon. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the burden of caregivers of SCI patients.Patients should be encouraged to take care of themselves and care ability of caregivers should be enhanced to reduce the burden of caregivers of SCI patients.
