双缺陷间距对一维光子晶体带隙的影响

摘  要:在一维光子晶体中掺杂两个不同介电常数比的缺陷层,基本周期层及两个缺陷层D1和D2的折射率分别取为(n2,n3)=(1.5,2.5),(n2',n3')=(2.0,4.0),(n2'',n3'')=(4.0,2.0);采用传输矩阵法,获得了光波正入射情形下,L n D1L m D2L n模型一维光子晶体的透射谱;取介质总层数为14层,即2n+m+2=14,通过调节参数m,分析并讨论了双缺陷层间距对一维光子晶体带隙特性的影响。Two defects with different dielectric constant were introduced into the one-dimensional photonic crystal (1-D PC), the refractive indexes of the basic layer and the double defects were (n2,n3)=(1.5,2.5),(n2',n3')=(2.0,4.o),(n2",n3")=(4.0,2.0); In the case of normal incidence, the n m n transmittance spectra of the 1-D PC with theLnD1LmD2Ln model were obtained by characteristic matrix method; in addition, the total layers of the 1-D PC was 14 (2n+m+2=14); the effect of double defects' distance on band bag of the 1-D PC was analyzed and discussed by adjusting the parameter .
