妊娠高血压综合征患者的血脂水平分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血脂水平在妊娠高血压综合征发病中所起的作用。方法:选择妊娠高血压综合征患者55例为实验组,正常孕晚期妇女30例为对照组,健康非孕妇女30例为非妊娠组。三组患者进行总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测,并进行比较。结果:与非妊娠比较,实验组患者CHO,TG,HDL-C及LDL-C水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义;而实验组的CHO,TG及LDL-C水平较对照组明显升高,但HDL-C较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义,重度妊高征患者尤为显著。结论:对妊娠高血压综合征患者进行CHO,TG,HDL-C及LDL-C的检测,有利于及早发现并监测病情的严重程度。Objective：Objective To investigate the changes of lipids level in patients suffering from pregnancy induced hy-pertension. Methods 55 patients admitted to the hospital suffening from pregnancy induced hypertension were studied as test group and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group,and 30 healthy women unpregnant as normal control group. Detection of CHO,TG,HDL - C and LDL - C. Result When compared with normal control group,the level of CHO,TG, HDL - C and LDL - C in the control group was all much higher;The concentration of CHO,TG and LDL - C in test group was significantly higher than the control group,but the level of HDL was much lower,especially in severe PIH patients. Conclusions Detection of CHO,TG,HDl - C and LDL - C in patients suffering from pregnancy induced hypertension is good to find the pa-tients,also good for monitoring the disease.
