摘　　要：建立不合格党员退出机制是十八大报告中提出加强党的纯洁性建设的题中之意,是新时期推进党要管党、从严治党的客观要求,也是深化党内改革,建设一支"规模适度、结构合理、素质优良、纪律严明、作用突出"的党员队伍的迫切需要。文章基于浙江省不合格党员退出机制的探索和实践,从什么人退出、怎么退出、退出后怎么办等方面,对构建不合格党员退出机制问题作了探讨分析。To establish an exit mechanism for unqualified CPC members meets the requirement of the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China which calls for the strengthening of keeping the Party ’ s purity and the Party exercising self-discipline and being strict with its members .It also meets the urgent needs of deepening its reform and constructing a party with “moderate scale , reasonable structure , excellent qualities , strict discipline and outstanding effect”.By drawing on the pilot projects conducted in Zhejiang Province , this paper attempts to discuss such questions as who shall exit , how to exit, and what to do after the exit so as to design an exit mechanism for unqualified CPC members .
