慢性肺心病综合护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肺心病的综合护理及其应用价值。方法选取我院2011年06月-2013年06月收治的52例慢性肺心病的患者,按照询证医学理念和身心的整体护理方法。结果 52例慢性肺心病的患者经过治疗与综合护理,47例好转出院,5例因合并其他并发症死亡。结论对于慢性肺心病的患者进行心理护理、基础护理、健康教育等多方面的综合护理,可提高疗效,减少复发率,降低死亡率。Objective： Comprehensive nursing care on chronic pulmonary heart disease and its application value. Method. 52 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in our hospital in 2011 06 months - 2013 years 06 months treated patients, according to the whole nursing method of evidence - based idea and physical and mental. Result. 52 cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients after treatment and comprehensive care, 47 cases cured, 5 cases died of complications associated with other. Conclusion： For chronic pulmonary heart disease patients psychological nursing, basic nursing, health education and other comprehensive care in many aspects, can improve the curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the mortality rate.
