摘　　要：通过对高中教师参与继续教育的学习现状进行调查与分析,认为增强高中教师继续教育有效性,需要采取引导教师的学习需求,优化继续教育内容,创新继续教育模式和拓展继续教育资源等策略。Based on the investigation and analysis of present situation of depth of teachers continuing education, the construction strategies are put forward to strengthen the effectiveness of further education of high school teachers, including guiding teacher learning demand, optimizing the continuing education content, innovating continuing education model and continuing education resources.
