中药熏蒸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：中药熏蒸通过皮肤的吸收发挥作用,避免了药物对胃肠道的刺激,减轻了肝肾负担,使药物的不良反应发生率大大降低,对一些不宜服药的患者无疑是一种良好的给药途径。临床治疗中,应根据患者的具体情况,制定合理治疗方案,采用单一的中药熏蒸治疗,也可以联合其他治疗方法,起到协同增效作用,减轻患膝疼痛、肿胀,改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量。Chinese medicine fumigation by the absorption of the skin can avoid the stimulation of the drugs on the gastrointestinal tract, reduce the burden of liver and kidney, greatly reduce the incidence of drug adverse reactions, and it is undoubtedly a good administra- tion route for patients unsuited for medication. In clinical treatment, according to the specific condition of patients to develop a reasona- ble treatment plan,use pure Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, other treatments can also be combined, which play a synergistic effect,and reduce pain,swelling of the knee and improve the joint function,improve the patients＇ quality of life.
