摘　　要：桂枝茯苓丸来源于《金匮要略》,具有化瘀生新,调和气血的功效。癫痫是大脑神经元突发性异常放电,以突然意识丧失、不省人事、发则仆倒、四肢抽搐、两目上视、口吐涎沫、口中怪叫、移时苏醒后一如常人为主要临床表现的一种发作性疾病,王付教授运用桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗癫痫取得良好疗效,丰富了活血化瘀法在中医治疗癫痫的理论。Guizhi Fuling Pill from Jingui Yaolue has the effect of promoting circulation and removing stasis, regulating qi and blood. Epi- lepsy is caused by sudden abnormal discharge of brain neurons and a kind of a seizure disorder and a sudden loss of consciousness and unconsciousness ,faint, convulsions, and spit saliva foam, animal, waking up as the ordinary person as the primary symptom. Professor Wang using modified Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of epilepsy has achieved good results and enriched Chinese medicine theory a- bout the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method in the treatment of epilepsy.
