正交试验法优选胃痛宁合剂水提工艺

摘　　要：目的:优选胃痛宁合剂的水提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量为指标,采用HPLC测定其含量,以加水倍数、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,应用正交试验L9(34)筛选胃痛宁合剂的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:胃痛宁合剂的最佳水提工艺为6倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选的水提取工艺稳定、合理,可为胃痛宁合剂的生产提供实验依据。Objective ：To optimize the extraction process of Weitongning Mixture. Methods ：The extraction process of Weitongning Mixture was optimized L9 （34） orthogonal test with total paeoniflorin as index, and duration of decoction, times of decoction, the amount of water added used for extraction as factors of investigation. Resuhs：The optimum water extraction condition was the following, the amount of water added to which was 6 times that of the medical material, and decocted 90min for 3 times. Conclusion：The optimum water extrac- tion process is stable,reasonable and can provide experimental basis for production of Weitongning Mixtrure.
