中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组22例给以甲氨蝶呤片和双氯芬酸钠胶囊(英太青)治疗,治疗组23例在对照组用药基础上加用中药辨证治疗。分别观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及实验室指标的变化。结果:治疗组有效率为91%,对照组有效率为68%,治疗组的关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵持续时间、血沉及C反应蛋白等指标的变化明显优于对照组,而且不良反应较少。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rheumatoid ar- thritis（activity）. Methods：45 cases of rheumatic arthralgia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group of 22 cases was treated with Methotrexate Tablets and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules（ Diclofe- nac）, and the treatment group of 23 cases was treated with Chinese medicine based on the control group, the changes of clinical symp- toms, signs and laboratory indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results：The efficiency of treatment group was 93.3 %, and the control group was 68%, and the changes of the number of joint tenderness, swelling of the joints, morning stiffness duration, blood sedimentation and the indicators, C-reactive protein of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and less adverse re- action. Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（activity） has remarkable cura- tive effect.
