摘　　要：新农村体育建设中要处理好总体规划与资源配置、趋同发展与区域差异、传承与创新、农村体育与农村学校体育、近期目标与长远目标等的关系。新农村体育建设中要解决的问题:一是提高农村体育人口的数量和质量,二是建立新农村体育发展的长效机制。This essay explores the problem of the development of physical education in the New Countryside through literature data, and discusses some questions that must be handled in the construction of physical education in the New Countryside： the overall planning and the resource allocation, the physical education and the school physical education in the countryside, inheritance and innovation, short-term objectives and long-term goals, farmers＇ concepts of physical education, sports organizations of the countryside and the instructors of social physical education in the countryside.
