同一肢体自身不同腕带松紧度测量血压值差异性研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过同一肢体自身不同腕带松紧度血压值的测量,探讨3种腕带松紧度血压值有无差异性,以指导临床护理工作。[方法]对198名观察对象采用同一肢体自身对照,分别测量腕带松紧度为0指、1指、2指的血压,对所测血压值进行统计学分析。[结果]腕带松紧度不同时舒张压差异无统计学意义,0指与2指收缩压相差2.1mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]腕带松紧度在0指至2指之间测得的血压值差异均无临床意义。Objective： Through measuring blood pressure values with different tightness of wrist straps in the same limb to probe into the differences of blood pressure values measurement with three kinds of tightness of wrist straps, so as to guild the clinical nursing work. Methods：Zero finger, one finger and two fingers of tightness of wrist straps were respectively used for blood pressure values measurement of 198 cases of observed objects,the same limb was taken as the self - control, then the measured blood pressure values were statistically analyzed. Results： There was no statistical significant difference in diastolic pressure by different tightness of wrist straps. The difference of systolic pressure was 2.1 mmHg between zero finger and two fingers of tightness of wrist straps. The difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The difference of blood pressure values measured with zero finger to 2 fingers of tightness of wrist straps didn＇t have clinical significance.
