音乐干预对缓解子宫输卵管造影病人应激反应的作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]分析和探讨音乐干预在不孕症病人接受子宫输卵管造影(HSG)过程中缓解病人应激反应的效果。[方法]将200例不孕症病人随机分为音乐干预组和对照组,音乐干预组在子宫输卵管造影检查过程中播放病人喜爱的音乐,对照组不播放音乐;测量并比较两组病人的血压、心率出血量及不良反应发生率,并用焦虑自测量表(SAS)评估焦虑程度和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度。[结果]音乐干预组病人的收缩压和心率均明显下降,且明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);音乐干预组病人的SAS评分和疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均明显下降,且音乐干预组病人干预后的SAS评分明显低于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后出血量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]音乐干预应用于子宫输卵管造影检查可有效缓解病人紧张、焦虑心理,分散病人对疼痛的注意力。Objective：To analyze and probe into effect of music intervention in alleviating stress response of infevtility patients undergoing hysterosalpingography （HSG）. Methods： A total of 200 eases of infertility women were randomly divided into music intervention group and control group. Favorite music was played for patients in intervention group dur ing HSG cheek, playing music in control group. Then to measure and compare blood pressure, heart rate, amount of bleeding and incidence of adverse reactions of patients between two groups and to assess the anxiety level with anxiety selftest scale （SAS）, and visual analog scale （VAS） to assess the degree of pain. Results：The systolic blood pressure and heart rate significantly decreased in patients in music intervention group,and significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;SAS score of patients in music intervention group after intervention was much lower than that of control group and before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was statistically significant difference in postoperative bleeding between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Music intervention used in hysterosalpingography （HSG） check has low cost and less timeconsuming. And patients are willing to accept,and it is simple to operate and use. It can effectively alleviate patients＇ stress and anxiety and relieve patients＇ attention to pain.
