摘　　要：在焊接过程中极易发生焊接变形,严重时伴有焊接裂纹的产生。介绍了一种复杂的、大型的、高强钢焊接的箱形体结构由于焊接不当产生裂纹及变形后的修复方案。该箱形体结构为大型浮吊中受力部件。经实践证明该种方法适用可行。Weld deformation is very common during welding process,sometimes with weld crack occurring in serious conditions.The paper introduces a remedy solution for the complex large-scale high-strength steel weld box-shaped structure with cracking and deformation in case of improper weld.The box-shaped structure is the load-carrying part in the large-scale float crane.The practice indicates feasibility of such method.
