摘 要:研究了通过外部加约束板带来提升壁厚0.6mm高强冷弯薄壁内卷边C型钢拼合长柱构件承载能力,为了验证有限元模型的正确性,对已有试验结果进行仿真模拟算例对比分析,结果吻合良好。基于ABAUQS软件,参照已有的高强冷弯薄壁型钢轴压试验,对不同长细比与宽厚比的构件进行数值模拟,在对比高强冷弯薄壁内卷边C型钢拼合柱受力性能的基础上,对比板带加固效果。结果表明,局部板带加固只在一定的长细比及宽厚比范围内作用显著。In this paper, the bearing capacity of the buih-up high strength cold-formed thin-walled C section steel rolled edge long columns is improved by using constraint steel board tapes around its surface. The thickness of long columns is 0.6mm. The results of experiments and numerical simulations are compared to verify the validity of finite element model, and they are in good agreement. The mechanical behavior of high strength cold-formed thin-walled C steel roiled edge columns are simulated under different slenderness ratio and width-to-thickness ratio using ABAQUS respectively. The parameters are determined based on the other tests. The strengthen effects of different steel board tapes are studied in finite element analysis. The results show that the local strengthen of steel board tapes has obvious effects within the range of slenderness ratio and width-to-thickness ratio.
