摘 要:本文介绍了某大底盘双塔建筑在主体结构封顶后地下室部分框架梁、柱出现水平、竖向和剪切斜裂缝的工程事故。通过收集工程设计图纸、岩土工程勘察报告、施工记录等资料,结合现场情况调查,绘制了缺陷分布图,并对该事故进行了理论分析。确认由于在覆土施工还未完成的情况下停止降水,导致地下水位上升,水浮力增加但此时地下室却没有足够配重而上浮,进而引起结构开裂。最后,针对存在的问题和施工缺陷,提出了切实可行的加固处理方案,可供类似工程参考。In the paper, an engineering accident about large number of horizontal, vertical and shear diagonal cracks appeared on part of frame beams and columns in the enlarged basement of a double-tower building which the major structure was completed is introduced. The distribution map of defect is drew and the theoretical analysis of the engineering accident is conducted based on the field investigation and the collection of engineering design drawings,geotechnical investigation report, and construction records. It is confirmed that structural cracks in the basement are ultimately due to the drainage program stopped earlier than the backfill soil program, because the earlier stopped program causes the ground water level rising, the buoyant force in creases while the basement is not weight enough to resist floating upward. At the last part, the practical strengthening scheme aimed at the existing problems and construction deficiencies is proposed, which can also provide a reference for similar projects.
