商用车方向盘材料与工艺的发展趋势

摘　　要：汽车方向盘是汽车内饰中重要的功能件和装饰件。为制造性能更优的方向盘,通过对国产商用车方向盘在不同历史阶段的使用材料、成型工艺及装备技术进行对比和分析,阐述了方向盘的骨架材料及外包覆塑料材料等的发展趋势,介绍了方向盘制造商对各阶段方向盘及其加工原材料性能的技术标准。指出今后的方向盘会向高性能、轻量化、绿色环保、低气味及低VOC(挥发性有机化合物)的方向发展。结合国内方向盘制造企业实际状况,为方向盘技术今后发展提供参考。Vehicle steering wheel is an important functional and decorated part in vehicle interiors. In order to manufacture having good performance steering wheel, the material utilized for steering wheel at various stages, forming process and facilities for producing domestic-made commercial vehicle steering wheel is analyzed in this paper. The paper introduces the development of framework material and covered plastic material used in commercial vehicle steering wheel, and describes the technical standards of manufacturing steering wheel stipulated at different stages. Steering wheel specializing high performance, lightweight, friendly environment low odor and low VOC will be the trend of development.
