摘 要:对硅酸盐改性的速生杨木的力学和燃烧性能进行了试验对比分析。经过水玻璃改性和双扩散改性的杨木硬度均有所提高,但冲击强度有不同程度的降低。锥形量热仪结果表明,水玻璃改性和双扩散改性的杨木较素材的热释放速率峰值均有明显的降低,水玻璃改性木材的总热释放略高于素材,而双扩散改性的木材则有所降低。同时,水玻璃改性和双扩散改性均明显地赋予木材抑烟性能,而水玻璃改性木材的抑烟性能更佳。对改性杨木进行了扫描电镜分析。Tests were carried to study the mechanical properties and combustion performance of rapid-growth poplar wood modified with silicates.The stiffness of poplar wood was increased after the modification by water glass and double diffusion,while the impact strength was decreased.The Cone Calorimeter results showed that the peak value of heat release rate decreased markedly.While the total heat release (THR) of water glass modified wood was slightly higher than the control,the THR of double diffusion modified wood was lower than the control.Moreover,the strong smoke suppression effect of the modified wood was found,and water glass treatment was much more effective than that of the double diffusion.SEM was conducted to the modified wood.
