摘　　要：以某双层会展中心建筑结构为例,分析其防火设计在防火分区及安全疏散上存在的问题。利用性能化防火设计与评估的方法,模拟分析设定的火灾场景下不同防火分隔措施的烟气、温度、人员疏散等情况。结合工程造价预算软件对不同分隔方案的工程造价进行计算,采用消防经济学的分析方法将每种分隔方案的安全性与工程造价相结合并进行对比选择出优化方案。Against a certain structure of double-layer conference and exhibition center,analyzed the shortcomings existed in the fire-prevention compartment and safe evacuation time.The performance-based fire protection design and evaluation method was used to simulate the smoke movement,temperature and evacuation under different fire-protection compartments.The budget software of project cost was utilized to calculate the cost of each compartment measurement.Based on the analytical method of economics of fire prevention,taking fire security and cost into account,the most optimum compartment proposal was picked out.
