摘　　要：针对机械零件淬火后易产生的缺陷,通过对零件淬火产生畸变的类型、减少畸变的途径和方法、如何校正畸变、淬火开裂的原因、硬度不足产生的原因、软点以及表面麻点产生的原因及措施进行了分析,以期对提高零件的淬火质量、减少淬火缺陷的产生,有一定的参考价值。On account of the defects of mechanical parts quench, analyzes the reasons and measures of series problems, such as deformation types, the ways to decrease deformation, how to adjust the deformation, reasons of quench cracks and inadequate hardness, and the soft point or surface pits. It provides some reference value for improving the quench quality of parts and decreasing the defects.
