摘　　要：由于信息化、城市化的深入发展,智慧城市应运而生.构建了智慧城市环境下信息服务体系,阐述了智慧城市环境下信息服务体系的功能,对推动我国智慧城市建设和信息服务的转型具有参考价值.Due to the further development of informatization , the city , smart city emerge as the times re-quire.Construction of information service system of wisdom city environment , the information service system of intelligent city environment function , has the reference value for the transformation to promote our wisdom city construction and information service .
