摘　　要：对生产长绒棉/高支丝光羊毛/天丝?三组分特细号纱的纺纱工序,如清梳联工序、并条工序、粗纱工序、细纱工序、络筒工序、并捻工序等的工艺要点进行了分析。并介绍了原材料的选择、原料预处理、纺纱工艺的选择及质量把关等方面的技术难点和创新点。The paper analyzes the key processes for producing an extra-fine tri-component （long-staple cotton/high-count mercerized wool/Tencel） yarn, including the blowing-carding process, the drawing process, the roving process, the spinning process, the winding process and the doubling and twisting process. It also introduced the technical difficulties and innovations in the selection of raw materials, in pretreatment of raw materials, in the selection of spinning process and in quality control.
