摘　　要：讨论了纺杯速度与成纱号数、成纱质量、气流和落棉、成纱断头等因素之间的关系 ;经综合分析 ,认为短纤维纺纱中转杯纺纱机纺杯速度可分为三档 :一档为 1× 10 5r/min～ 1.5× 10 5r/min ,用于纺细号纱 ;一档为 5× 10 4 r/min～ 1× 10 5r/min ,用于纺中、粗号纱 ;一档为 ;2 .5× 10 4 r/min～ 5× 10 4 r/min ,用于纺非棉短纤维粗号纱。The relation between rotor speed and some factors was discussed,these factors included the yarn count,yarn quality,airflow,noil and yarn breakage.The speed of short fibre spinning of rotor spinning machine could be classified as three grades,the first one is 1×10 5 rpm～1 5×10 5 rpm in spinning the fine count yarn,the second one is 5×10 4 rpm～1×10 5 rpm in spinning medium and coarse count yarn,and the third one is 2 5×10 4 rpm～5×10 4 rpm in spinning non\|cotton short fibre yarn with coarse count.
