镁在药皮焊条中的脱硫作用

摘　　要：试验研究了在焊条药皮中加入镁的脱硫作用 ,结果表明 :药皮中加入镁有明显的补充脱硫效果 ,尤其在低碱度 (或低 Ca CO3 )药皮中。其脱硫过程表现为镁溶入铁水后脱硫。The effects of Mg mixed into the coating of electrode on desulphidation have been studied by means of experiment The results indicate that adding Mg into coating has an obvious effect on desulphidation, specially at low basicity (or low content of CaCO 3) The desulphidation occurs at the welding pool after Mg dissolves in melting iron
