摘 要:针对工业炸药生产、仓储、销售和使用等全流程安全监管问题,提出用RFID ( radio frequency identifica-tion)进行产品标识与产品信息获取,构建工业炸药全流程监控系统。为了解决工业炸药物理实体与监控系统信息的映射,提出可监控单元模型。该系统是多层分布式的体系结构,由数据采集层、数据处理层和数据服务层组成,并详细描述了各层的功能;该系统采用 C#、ASP. Net和SQL Server 2005开发,运行在Windows平台。在企业生产线现场应用结果表明,当RFID读写器与贴有RFID标签产品距离保持在2~4 m之间时,标签读取准确率可以达到99.9%。For whole process security monitoring problems of industrial explosive such as production, storage, sale and use, a technology of radio frequency identification ( RFID ) was introduced into the process to get identification of product and acquire real-time data, and the whole process intelligent monitoring system for industrial explosive has been developed. A monitoring unit model was proposed to solve the physical entity of industrial explosive and the message map of monitoring system. The system was based on a multi-level distributed architecture consisting of data collection,analysis and service layers. The functions of each layer were described in detail. C#, ASP. Net and SQL Server 2005 were applied to develop the system which was running under the environment of Windows. Its application in a production process of industrial explosive showed that the distance between the RFID reader and the product with RFID tag could keep at 2-4m,and the accurate rate of RFID reader could reach to 99. 9%.
