摘  要:以2-溴代丙酸乙酯为引发剂,联二吡啶为配体,溴化亚铜为催化剂,进行原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),合成了大分子引发剂聚苯乙烯溴(PS-Br);又以PS-Br引发N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)继续进行ATRP聚合,得到两亲性嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-b-聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PS-b-PNIPAAm),并对产物进行红外测试、核磁分析以及凝胶渗透色谱表征;然后将PS-b-PNIPAAm/四氢呋喃溶液旋涂成膜,进行乙醇退火处理并溶胀,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察溶胀条件对薄膜微相分离形貌的影响.结果表明:通过调节退火后的溶胀时间,可以得到具有孔洞结构的薄膜.The polystyrene macroinitiator (polystyrene -Br) is successfully synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) with 2-bromopropionic acid ethylester as functional initiator, 2, 2′-bipyridyl (bpy) as ligand, and CuBr as catalyst. Furthermore, a novel amphiphilic block copolymer polystyrene-b-poly (N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PS-b-PNIPAAm) is synthesized by ATRP with PS-Br as macroinitiator. The structure of the copolymer is characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The PS-b-PNIPAAm is dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and the thin film is prepared by spin coating. The solvent annealing and swelling process is carried out in ethanol. Atom force microscope (AFM) is used to observe the microphase separation morphology of thin films obtained in different swelling condition. The results show that the thin film with pore structure will be obtained by adjusting the sweelling time after annealing process.
