兔毛纤维的髓质结构特征

摘　　要：利用Wlvnt纤维细度系统,对兔毛纤维髓质层的形态、列数、髓质指数与纤维细度的关系进行研究,并利用甲酸处理兔毛,观察到了髓质层的三维结构.结果表明:兔毛无论粗细都含有髓质层,只是髓腔形态、列数、宽度不同;随着兔毛纤维细度的增加,髓腔的形态由不规则的单列点状髓、间断髓向规则的多列髓过渡,髓腔列数呈阶梯型增加,髓质指数也随之增加.The Wlvnt fiber fineness discussion system was used to study the relationship between the morphology of medullar layer, the column number of the medulla, the medulla index and the fiber fineness. The formate was used for rabbit hair and the three-dimensional structure of the medulla layer was observed. The results show that regardless of the fineness, rabbit fiber contains the medulla layer, just the morphology, the column number, the width of the medulla layer are different. With the increase of rabbit fiber fineness, the morphology of medulla layer varies from the irregular dot, discontinuous medulla to the multiple columns medulla, and the column number of medulla grows in ladder type and the medulla index increases.
