摘 要:对富锰渣含碳压块自还原过程中金属Mn的挥发特点进行研究,对还原后的试样进行金相检测和XRD物相分析,探讨助熔剂CaF2和B2O3的加入对金属Mn挥发产生的影响。结果表明,金属Mn挥发速率在还原前3min最大,之后随液渣量增加逐渐降低;CaF2的加入使得炉渣熔点降低,还原速率加快,液渣生成时间缩短,从而抑制了金属Mn的挥发;B2O3的加入阻止了还原反应的进行及还原后金属Mn的聚集,使金属Mn的挥发率增大。The volatility of Mn in the process of self-reduction of manganese-rich ,carbon-containing slag briquettes was studied ,and metallographic test and XRD were employed to analyze the samples after reduction .The influence of CaF2 and B2 O3 addition on Mn volatility was discussed .The results show that the volatilization rate of Mn is the largest in the first 3 min of the reduction process ,and then decreases gradually with the increase in the quantity of liquid slag .The addition of CaF2 reduces the slag melting point and raises the reduction rate ;consequently ,liquid slag is generated in a shorter time ,which suppresses Mn volatilization .The addition of B2 O3 prevents the reduction reaction and post-reduction Mn aggregation ,raising the rate of Mn volatilization .
