摘 要:以篮球单手肩上投篮为实验任务,以投篮准确性为因变量,以不同练习方式为自变量,通过现场实验法探讨运动技能学习过程中的两侧性迁移规律。40名右利手、初学者随机分为控制组、右手练习组、先左手后右手练习组、先右手后左手练习组,进行为期3d的篮球单手肩上投篮技能学习,第3天练习结束后,进行10min后、24h后和1周后技能保持测试。研究结果表明:①10min后保持测试中,右手练习组、先左手后右手练习组、先右手后左手练习组投篮成绩好于控制组,右手练习组、先左手后右手练习组、先右手后左手练习组投篮成绩没有差异;②24h和1周后保持测试中,右手练习组、先左手后右手练习组、先右手后左手练习组投篮成绩好于控制组,先左手后右手练习组投篮成绩显著好于右手练习组和先右手后左手练习组,右手练习组投篮成绩显著好于先右手后左手练习组。这一实验结果表明篮球单手肩上投篮技能迁移规律是由左手向右手迁移,即由非优势侧向优势侧肢体迁移。Using basketball overhand free-shooting as the experiment task,using shooting accuracy as dependent var-iable,and using different practice schedule,the purpose of this study was to investigate the asymmetric transfer of mo-tor skill. After 3 days practice,all participants were respec-tively given 10 -minute delayed retention test,24 -hour delayed retention test and 1-week delayed retention test. The results indicated that:① in the 10 -minute delayed retention test,the basketball shooting accuracy of right-only group,right-to-left group,and left-to-right group were sig-nificantly better than control group,but there was no signif-icant difference in right-only group,right-to-left group,and left-to-right group;②in the 24-hour delayed retention test and 1-week delayed retention test,the basketball shooting accuracy of right-only group,right-to-left group,and left-to-right group were significantly better than control group,the basketball shooting accuracy of left-to-right group was sig-nificantly better than right-to-left group, and right-only group,the right-only group was no significantly better than the right-to-left group. It is concluded that the direction of bilateral transfer in basketball overhand free-shooting skill learning is from left hand to right hand, and the practice schedule of non-dominant hand and then switched to domi-nant hand was helpful to learn the skill.
