温针灸结合太极拳治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸结合太极拳对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:将志愿者随机分成温针灸结合太极拳治疗组和温针灸对照组。经过3个疗程治疗后,检测比较两组患者的疼痛评分、X线、关节活动度、坐立行走3m往返计时、上下20级台阶计时等指标。结果:治疗组的各项指标均好于对照组。结论:温针灸结合太极拳对膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的治疗效果。Objective：To observe the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with Taijiquan for Knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods：Volunteers were randomly divided into warm acupuncture combined with Taijiquan of the treatment group and warm acupuncture of the control group. After 3 courses of treatment,compared two groups of patients with pain score, X-ray, joint mobility, sitting and walking 3 m timing back and forth,up and down 20 steps timing, etc. Results：All the indexes in treatment group were better than the control group. Conclusion：Warm acupuncture combined with Taijiquan for knee os-teoarthritis has a better therapeutic effect.
